I dont off hand, but i can figure it out for you. Its the spring ford puts on them. I believe they are the pac springs

240# on the seat @ 1.900". 625# @ 1.200". Max .650 lift

what is the difference in regular scj aluminum heads and the b head?

I believe the only difference is in the valve springs. The SCJB are equipped with valve srpings suited for a roller cam, albeit only .660" lift at the valve.
