Oil Pans Empty Oil Pans

Post  outbackbbf November 24th 2013, 8:53 am

Hi all, Just wanting input on oil pans to suit an F100 78, I was looking at Milodon #30570 pan. with windage and scrapers, will scrapers rob too much splash oil for street driving? Are there better pans?
Thanks Dan

Thats a good pan and scrapers won't hurt a street engine.

I used a foxbody moroso pan in mine. Caution though...if your engine is really low the rear sump will hit the center tie rod.

Cool thanks, was there any reason for that or just the clearance issue?
