what drill and tap size should I use to prepare an intake for nos port systems? I want to plug the holes after till I am ready to try the giggle stuff

1/16-27 npt tap and the letter D drill for the fogger nozzles.

I had trouble finding the 1/16th npt plugs a few weeks ago at the local parts stores jegs or summit has them.
