TNT TONIGHT updated vids

Truck is loaded and ready went lastnight and bought me a GOPRO I post some runs tomorrow still need some more mounts but I did go ahead and bought the mount to mount on the outside. Think i going to get the roll bar mount next what mounts are yall using for chassis shots.

wish i knew this ahead of time i would have went for morel support have fun be safe

Jimmy you didn't miss much but a slick track nobody making any power was hooking I did make 3 passes before loading up they did not prep the track much we only 6 or 7 running
1st pass I had a 4100 chip  with 11.5psi in the tires in forgot to turn the camera on it ran 105.65mph with a et of 6.53 1.45 60'
2nd pass 4500 chip with 9 psi ran a 6.64 at 78.40 mph with a 1.38 60' had to get real early
3rd pass went back up to 12psi ran 6.41 at 109.77 with a 1.42 60'

the last pass I felt the rear shocks bottom out on the launch and spring back and start unloading the tires and lifted just a little in the last vid and I shifted early at 6000 you can hear the rpms drop don't hear as much drop at 6500. I got to order some chips in the 5000 to 6000 range for the trans brake never did foot brake it. Going to take a little to get use to the button my reaction time was off but man that instant hit killer. I get the 2 vids up tomorrow.

Larry aka Larry552 it was good meeting you tonight looking forward to seeing yours run when you get it finish maybe next time the track will be better and have the bugs worked out for some all out runs.

Jim sounds like a good outing for new engine n a new trans you made it home safe with no broken parts. I will be glad when i can take mine back i have made so many changes it will be likea new car

Only thing was I blew trailer about a mile or 2 from the track on the way to the track but other than that I am happy with the new combo plus no broken parts on the truck

Some good passes for the first time out ! You will get it sorted out and it will run faster , I also think you are making more power than Wallace is saying . Keep at it and thanks for the videos ?

After I make a few passes at Cecil if keeps getting loose I put a new set 31x14 slicks on I think that my 31x10.5w is about used up plus they are getting old. I give them to Eugene to put on his S10 they hold on it   

that's a 10.00 flat in the 1/4 mile! nice job for the first time out!  

Loaded up and getting ready to head to TNT this track should hook good going to see if I can improve my PB time of 6.41 at 110mph

10.02 et a138.9 so far still spinning off the line

the mph is indicating 9's all day! it's in the 60" area!  

My new best 6.19 et 111 mph 1/8. 9.79 et 138 mph
