Is that your Cobra II.If so do still race it? I have a white /red 77 that I have had since I was 17.It's in good shape always kept inside.I'm tryin to figure out what to do with it.Rigt now it has a 302 ho with a carb. set up.Can't make up my mind to hot rod it or do a restoration.Mine is a T-Top car.What comb is in yours? Yes its my 76 its the same one on the main page of 460ford. The motor in that pic was a 311 with world sr. iron heads just port matched to a victor jr intake,650 carb, pistons are kb hypers #116 and the cam is a flat solid 306s from comp 260@.050 592 lift,c4 with ucc nos 4k stall no brake,430's with 28x9 et drags and a 150 shot of the line it ran a best of 11.94 on motor and 10.85 with nitrous and its street legal tagged and insured.I havent raced it in a year i blew the motor to pieces last december because i didnt let it warm up enough so i put it in the garage and just raced my 84 with the 472. Funny you ask yesterday i finaly started to put a motor toghether for it this time its a 86 short block from a lincoln lsc that i put new freeze plugs, cam,rod and main bearings in and a comp 292 magnum flat hyd cam 244@.050 534 lift (2500 to 6500) the heads are the jegs/kaase canted valve aluminum heads and my victor jr intake it should fly i think low 10's with spray the cam is smaller but the heads flow a lot more this time.

Thats cool!!! Mine looks good but is very shook up I raced it various street forms back in the day.David Cole and I thrashed it a lot.I t ran 8.0s back the 80's which was pretty fast then. It's a little stock for my taste the way it us now it always just seems to be one project away from being on the table. What headers do you use? Ward

The heddmans#88350 with their monster 1-1/2'' primarys and 3'' collectors. i think 6.77 was the fastest in the 1/8 mile with nitrous.
