Fenderwell Exit Headers on a Fox?

Anyone done fenderwell exit headers with a BBF in a Fox with stock frame rails and strut towers?

Post up some pics if you got 'em.

Bonus points for big primaries, big collectors and shorty bullet mufflers . . . .

If no pics, how would you do it? Under the rail, over the A-arm?

i believe Lou who runs SSO had done some in front of the tire .......

Yeah, that might be a better option in a Fox, forward facing headers, under the engine plate, 90 degree turn, shorty bullets, then out the lower fender in front of the wheel.

x2 Idon't think theirs enough room for behind the tire fender well headers, definetly not all four, the one tube on mine takes up about allthe room.

The header out the fender deals are more for low riding cars and huge collectors..............more of a room issue.

You can do it, but its a fabricator deal........no shelf headers....no "bolt on" stuf.

Not exactly fenderwell exit, but this is how I redone my exits on the collectors. When they were pointing straight back I had a problem with the collector catching on the shop door weather stripping when I would back the car out. I had to pump the tires up to about 25lbs. so they would clear, that got old real fast. During the winter months while the track is closed I may redo them again and make them true fenderwell exits. It can be done, you just have to be real creative and plan it out very carefully.

I don't know if the headers on Lou's car where done at the same place the chassis was but some great pictures of the cage/chassis build at www.jwracing-fab.com Also check out Ozzy Ucers fox great pictures of front exit headersthey did build. Have fun
