help and prayers for my daughter

we are a prourd family that never askes for help but we are now my daughter is due to give birth to my first and only grandson who is going to be born with only his right side heart working so
it's time to send off my Little Mama Jasmine to go and deliver Lil Dimitri.
My Grandson has been diagnosed with HLHS ( http://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/heartdefects/hlhs.html) and will need immediate surgury the first of three after he is born. Jasmine and Jeremiah are being very strong and the upcoming events. I am very proud of them.
All as ask is for lots of prayers and a little support to help them out.

Just a quick update he was born yesterday morning
just a little guy 8 lbs 19 and 3/4 inches he is a little fighter should have his first surgery by Friday
