rear double ajustable coil over

I have a strange double ajustable coil over that's sagging a inch. Would it need rebuilding? I got a couple pics to pist. Thanks

A couple pictures would be helpful. Are you certain the issue isn't with the spring?

I've swapped springs from side to side and there's no click or detent in one of the knobs And one other knob barely got a click. Strange said rebuild Which wasn't a problem. I was gonna have them redone but lm just gonna get new ones.
