Ok, mostly street driven 528 on E-85. Will a Pro Systems HP 1000 4150 base be enough carb?

yes it will work fine, but a Dommy would work better, I have a 1050 E-85 Dommy on my 464CI BBF and it loves it, there is a used 1000 cfm E-85 carb for sale on the raceone85.com web site.

A guy's got a Pro Systems carb for sale locally, just wondering about the streetability of a 4150 vs a 4500.My engine is 13.3 compression and E-85 is available at every gas station

No. It's at virtually every gas station here. Since it's so available I decided I would build for the fuel
