used felpro 1230 on trick flow street heads and tfs intake had the block zero decked and the heads milled 0.030 intake had to be milled .040 to line up. Now the intake gasket is not thick enough at the bottom allowing it to draw oil into porst on the heads. any gasket out the maybe .125 thick? with dove type ports?
Thanks,
Steve

I think the mr gaskets are thicker if my memory serves me right they don't have the metal in them and made of a softer material they may work for you. They do come all apart when you have to remove the intake is the reason I went back to fel pro.

If you milled metal OFF the heads / block and think you need a THICKER intake gasket then you have other problems.
Bolt holes which are now not in the correct location and intake manifold itself needs some metal removal to sit lower are the first places to look ... or the angle of the head / intake manifold intersect is not correct.

Randy,
I did mill the intake to get the bolt holes to line up and for port match. took .040 of the intake the gaskets are sealing at the top and showing a very slight crush at the bottom.

How much gap from China wall to intake??

The angle could be off on the heads or intake if that's the case you would need to correct one of them before you put another gasket in it as a crutch to fix the machining mess up.
