What is your winter updates and next years racing plans
My car should be ready for the track this spring. Blake the Snake finishing up my motor before heading to the dyno. Gotta get a converter afterwards and put her in the car.
Cant wait for the bash this year at US60.
Going to run the 5.30 headsup around the south (Chattanooga< Knoxville, Huntsville) and maybe a few of the 5.00 headsup at Steele this year.

I'm pretty slow working on my car, but I'm updating everything, had a 8 point bar put in
Jon hooked me up with a 545 to put my tfs 325s on
Got a trans brake put in tranny, and put some 35 spline axles strange case and spool for the rear end.
New headers should be in tonight.
I should have it ready by spring.
Low to mid 10's what I'm hoping.

I am going to pull the top end off the 640 and find out why it doesn't run as good as it should. Head work, camshaft, revised fuel injector location, change over to a new hybrid electronic/mechanical injector setup and either a new A460 TR intake or a new billet tunnel ram built by my shop. Oh, and maybe a paint job, lol...

Rings and bearings for me. Ran 6.003 this year at 115. I think resealing it and a little more timing I can see some 5.90's next year when the weather is still cool.

Un-retiring from racing. So what I'm doing to get back in the saddle is lighting 100$ bills on fire every weekend until I'm done

I have the old T-Bird all stripped of anything that I can swap into the Fairmont.
Fairmont - Welding torque boxes, thru the floor sub frame connectors, rear suspension kit, then, put it all together lol!!

I got to get a new converter because the reworked heads and new cam are just making too much power now for my old one. Get the 'glide freshened up and probably a new 4.88 gear. I've got a new Racepak digital dash that was donated to me by a good friend. Need to get it installed and may just rewire the whole car. I've been looking at the Leash wiring boards, they really neaten things up. I'll probably go ahead and wire in a single stage nitrous set-up while I'm at it.

Not really much winter downtime here in Florida, only the month of December really, and then we are hot and heavy thru May. Our Off season is June-August, but I am helping my dad get his little '89 SBF hatch ready for him to start racing at some point....

Dragster Back together for the JEGS series next season.
Finish the Engine, Trans and Rear for the Stock Eliminator 5.0 1985 Mustang and work on the chassis, cage and suspension set-up on the Car.
Get the C460 headed 638 done for the dragster for 2017 and running Top Dragster.
Sell off all my collection of parts and stuff I just don't need.

I cant quite decide exactly what im gonna change just yet. Might go big then spray it, or might go small and boost it....I just cant decide. All I know is my ol trucks gonna be faster than it was this yr
Since you'd like to street drive a lot I'd say go with the boost...but that's more $$$$
Your cage is only good to 8.50 anyhow, eh?
