Np435 transmission rebuild

Anyone know of a company that sells quality components for this transmission. It has got where it pops out of 3rd gear when off power. I would love to replace the gears with straight cut gears and dog's.
Transmission is out of a 84 F150, np435, super low first gear 6.##:1 and 3 more no over drive.
I also need to rebuild the np208 transfer case.

sounds like worn shift fork or synchronizer
