can a blow through carb be brought back to NA

i have a pro-systems carb that came on my car. it was built for blow through and E85 (950 cfm). I need a NA gas carb. is it worth it to bring this carb back to my needs, NA gasoline?

I am comparing this vs the cost of going with something like a QFT Q series carb.

my expectations is that the following would have to changed back:
metering plates
power valves
jets
air bleeds
maybe boosters?

I would think it would be worth more as is, sell it, take the money buy a gas carb.
