That is the first gen BOSS 429 COVER,OEM style.

seems 2 or 3 diff people are making them now

Doesn't the early style cover have a different bolt pattern than the later "production" style one?

yes, and this looks to be the one with the later bolt pattern ,made to look like the older cover.
