heads with raised exhaust port question? also what spark plugs to run?

just installed a set of dooe-r heads that where milled off on the exhaust side and raised blocks have been attached... I'm wondering how people feel about them ? it sure makes putting the motor in hell with fender well headers... Is there a big power gain?
also! What spark plugs would you run with these? 12 to 13 compression, solid roller cam , 1050 dom, victor intake.

They do flow better and fender well header are needed to take advantage of any gains
