is there anyway to make a 632 without spending a big difference in money vs 598. i have heard the crank in a 598 is 4.5 stroke but a 632 you would have to step up to like sonny bryant which cost alot more than forged scat 4.5 crank so can you get a crank for 632 around the same price or is that the only way.

To build a 632", requires a 4.600" bore and a 4.750" stroke. To my knowledge, no one makes a 4.750" forged crank. So, to answer your question, you would have to go billet. $$$, but the only way to do it if you want the cubic inches. Odds are the 598" will do nearly as well as the 632", given a decent cylinder head. The choice is yours...

if you wish to use a 4.5 crank you can use a eliminator Block bored to 4.7 and have a 625cubes. but otherthan that you can spend money and geta C&C block and crank..... Cubes are not Cheap if you want it open your pocket book.....

Yep , the 4.750 cranks are going to be billet = big $s . Seems the thinking is that 600" is small these days Smile

if you think the extra cubes are needed, there is always a way. get a Scat 4.5 crank and offset grind it for .200 stoke- custom rods w/2.100 SBC bearings. then make up the difference with the bore . still cost extra $$$$$$$$$$

Carl Hanson was playing around with this idea a while back and ran it by me. Only difference was using a 2.00 journal on a standard forging. IMHO, this leaves very little journal overlap and would be a very weak crank. The Sonny crank is spendy, but well worth the money. Cool Nothing cheap about any motor, but the bigger they get the more they cost. Twisted Evil

632 is a good combo

but use a 11.2 block, not a 10.300,if you use a 10.3 then stay w the 4.500 arm
