How thick does the Lexan have to be for a windsheild???

Tore, When I put the Lexan in the Maverick,I used the same as the Nascar guy's use and it won't scratch and Swirl like the cheaper type like I used on the side windows.

1/8" or 3/16". the 1/8" may need a brace as the 3/16 may not. Like said get the good stuuf for the front.

3/16 will need less reinforcement, but is a little harder to bend tight corners. 1/8 might need a little more reinforcement (depending on the window size & speeds) but will be easier to shape.

we use it at work on some of the trailers and the it is 1/4" $450 4'x8' sheet
