Rotor phase kit

Is there a rotor phase kit that works with the 8408 cap or 8580 distributor?

I have fp and starter issues. I will be wiring my ignition to an oil pressure switch, but also want to check this. It was also recommended I data log the vdrop at the starter while cranking. Hope its not that since I just rewired it all, may just add a 2nd battery if so. I am trying to cover all bases!

You were correct . I have been sick the last 2 weekends. I need to recover so I can take another crack at it.

I have a used 1 time 8423 rotor now...lol. I need to sell a few items this spring.
