What ohm coil for a mid 70's,Tbird, 6 wire, blue plug duraspark 1 ?

Any combination of coil & ballast resistor which equals 1.5 ohms will work.
All the way down to .4 total ohms will work for a short time but, not for any extended period.
Be sure to use a coil meant for INDUCTIVE ignition systems.
