Ok stock D9 block w girdle what is the minimum wall thickness you 385 gurus would run 40 psi roots, 8.5-1 static and methanol fuel. Rotating will be forged.

40 PSI....wow! I wouldn't go less than .175" just my opinion.

.150" if it is only a few localized spots.
