I think you were eluding to the guy had the forethought to check it , not that he had a know it all (Coug) to check it.

That could read both ways and hurt some ones feelings. Shocked

It's not likely the rods fault...they're supposed to be 1.000..

And a BBC rod is .990

A SBC rod is .940.........
