it would have been good to have been told about someone taking a saw blade to the back mounting pad of the alternator before i purchased it

Their is no "CRAP" in my words!if you had been up front with what had been done to the alternator and not hid the facts until now i would have probably not purchased it.never the less i will just shim it up after i fix the .075 taper in the hack job.

like i said - next time call the person or pm them - it can be wroked out better -other ways -nothing ever comes good from doing it your way - enough

I disagree with you on this one Gerry, No one should have to call a seller about what they bought. Every thing should be disclosed about an item up front. There should be no suprises when a person gets an item from a seller. Just my .02 cents.
