Anybody make home brew?

I have been messing around with home brew for a while and have recently started to step up a bit. I was wondering if anyone here had already been thru the 'growing pains' of setting up a system?
I should have some samples at the Bash this year.

I made a few batches years ago. Temperature is very important. I had 5 gallons turn to viniger. Enough to make you cry pouring 5 gallons of "beer" down the drain!!!

I had a glass carboy and the water burper on top. Used the plastic bottles, a friend had the bottle washer set-up.
