NMCA Bowling Green

NMCA Bowling Green, April 30-May 2nd. Its fun to beat up on brand X guys!
I plan on being there and running true street as I have for several years now. Then you get a free entry to the sunday brackets. Nice two for one deal, if you have a license plate.
I wonder about trying open comp sometimes, but have yet to make that change...

I wanted to go to that @ BB but I have a race to direct at US60 on Sat. night the 1st. Too bad it wasn't a different weekend.

I plan to be there with one of the cars if I can ever get one of them out of Kentucky. I think they are holding them hostage.

We MAY be going to the NMCA race in BG at the end of this month, racing Open Comp. NMCA is waiving the membership for NMRA members that wish to race the Open Comp type classes. If any of you guys can make it, please let me know.

Just got a reply from Freeloader and he's going to be there (minus car) so he can be one of my Pit Biotches!

Chuck and his folks are most likely driving to BG Thursday and I'll get there Friday Morning...

I'm not going, no need to spend $150+ to watch it rain all weekend

NMCA is supposed to make an announcement around 4:00, they may cancel the event.

I think they cancelled it last year. Bummer.
I may do a T&T at Ohio Valley to make myself feel better!

We may end up going to a truck pull Friday night instead. I haven't been to one in YEARS...

To add some more sourness to my weekend, Ohio Valley was hosting a Harley Davidson race all weekend. So I got shut down there too!

Alot of the OV Sat. night racers were at US60 in Hardinsburg Friday night.
Great turn-out and the event went smooth.

Unfortunately for me, I saw a .007 red in the 3rd round.
My wife got to the finals , but she saw a .006 red.

It certainly rained at Beach Bend over the weekend ... boy, did it ever rain.
Part of it is a real "BEACH" at this time.
