new bbf moroso billet valve covers

i bought these for my a-heads then sold them and they are to tall for my NEW C heads -will not clear my master cylinder - they have a small scuff mark on the top other than that they are perfect

$ 300 shipped they cost $ 400 + they are the 3.5 tall ones

yes they arw 3.5 tall made for that reason i have shafts and they wont clear my master cylinder

skinny kid has an offset MC if the clearance is close . i had to go to floor mount MC , even the short ones wouldnt clear my setup

Your a welder by trade...my Brother and me both had to modify our old Ford SVO ones to clear engine set-back and master cyl...just a thought

i already cut one inch out of the moroso valve covers - not much room left to take and wack more material out

its at least 1" , maybe 1.5" ( i cant remember exactly)--- if you make your own plate, there may be a little more room , you would just have to put a spacer on the pedal to move it over

No,No,No ............ You are wrong my hero. They started out as "T's" (tall) and now are a mis-matched set of "T" and "S" Tall and short Thats how Gerry roll's ........ hmhmmm or should I say makes me roll .
