Anti-roll/Coil over ?s

Post  Jeremiah on Wed 19 May 2010 - 17:45

I have a foxbody coupe mustang. The car leaves pretty straight but it does squat a little harder on the pass. rear then it does on the drivers.. Can I just adjust the coil over up some or will I have to reset my anti-roll?

Well if you have a anti roll bar is should do it I would look to see if you have a bent arm.

Are you sure the body roll isn't caused from using too little air pressure in the slicks allowing the torque loading to over wind & collapse the pas side sidewall? If there is no slack in your anti-roll then cranking up one coil over shouldn't really have any effect since the anti-roll is supposed to even everything out.

If I remember correctly Damon had some body roll over issues even with an anti-roll. But the roll was caused because of slack somewhere in the anti-roll.
