Yep Coug, they do start to weigh a little heavy on ya after that 20th helping don't they. Very Happy We made about 40lbs for my birthday on Memorial day weekend. Funny, but there was plenty of other food left over, like hamburgers, hot dogs and such, but not even a crumb from the Rocky Mountain Oysters. Cool

No D it is real they are great eating...... you can order them in restraunts but not very good I love them fresh from the farm and sliced and fried....... Next time you go to a restraunt ask for Rocky Mountain Oysters or Calf Fries.... kind of like eating cow brains and eggs in the morning or grilled cow tongue.... Pickled pigs feet or pickled chicken feet... you can get those in the grocery stores

when you grow up in the country and work with cattle and animals you get these delicacies, best food in the world and people pay big bucks to eat fish eggs on a cracker.....and drink dirty dish water, and call it champagne....and caviar.....
BBFmustang if you ever tried them I bet you would love them....

X2

Steak is good, fried balls, not so much.....

They have pig tail dinners around here, that's a bit too close to the a$$ hole for good eating IMO.

I have ate hog nuts, and turkey nuts, but I haven't had calf, I'm sure they would be good though, we deep fry turkey fries every year, they are great.
