About how many passes would you make before re-adjusting your valves?

I check them before every time at the track. The Don't necessaraly need adjusted, and its a good time to look everything over too.

If I go to a 3 day race, I will go thru the valves at the shop, then I will go thru them again before I go out again. Usually after 2 or 3 single outings. Unless there is a problem, they are usually dead on. Very Happy

I've had about 46 passes on my motor and have not gone through my valve clearances since. Got a big race this weekend and my gut is telling me to go through them before the event. Looks like I know what I'm doing 2morrow night.. Very Happy
