The past 2 seasons I've been helping a friend of mine run his car in the Pro Tree Racers Association, 5.30 index class. This past weekend he sewed up the points title by winning the last race. He finished up the year with 2 wins, 2 R/Ups, 1 semi, and 3 #1 qualifiers out of 8 races.

I'm proud of him and was glad to be a part of it, even if he was driving a Chebby! Congrats to my buddy Joe McCoy

It's sad. but there is about a zero chance of him switching over to a Ford. We have been talking about the gameplan for next year, and we have discussed maybe me driving his car (I didn't mention he is 63 years old) or putting his N2o stuff on my car and running it. He even mentioned putting his 565 BBC in my much lighter car (Can't allow that to happen Mad ) I would really like to see him race another year since he gets a gold card for free entries next year.
