Beech Bend Thanksgiving Bracket Bash

Anyone going to the bash in Bowling Green?

The weather isn't looking good for next weekend. It looks like it will be cold. However, it is supposed to be nice tomorrow...65* and sunny....Edgewater is racing.

Yea Harold, we will be there tomorrow. There are several of us guys from Muncie coming down. Are you racing tomorrow? I called BigDog, he said he needed to throw a water pump at his but, he might come too.
C'mon Mike...Get that pump swapped out and let's go racin'.
It is looking like it will be too cold to run at Beech Bend next weekend...this may be the last one of the year.

Beech Bend can be pretty slick in the cold weather.............

If that is the case, it will be right up BigDog's alley....a 6.90 machine with Top Fuel tires on it.

Didn't make it Tree, woke up sick, decided to stay home, I seen the results on the web, red lights suck!!!!!!!!!

Yea, I leaned on it and found where too far was.
I had trouble with the left lane today. Went down the right side just fine. Let's just say, the pucker factor was high in the left lane. Is this usually the case down there?

No they are usually pretty much the same, but since the weather has changed, I have noticed that if you are out of the groove just a little, you will break loose, next spring, we will get together and try again.

I'm told that racing was cancelled today....due to snow.

That's a good reason to cancel, be rough to hook up, even for the bigdog.

Did they have any races this week-end, or was it a complete cancellation?
