I love watching and talking about racing back in the day. But,until ET brackets came along in the early 70's,us little guy's raced class. I watched the same (money) cars win each and every week.For us little (no money) guy's,it was just another TnT if one of the money guy's showed. The racing today is alot more competitive for everyone imo. The video's sure are cool though

Yea, it was fun, but the money guys are getting their foot back in the door, with the double entrys, buy backs, the little guy can,t afford to do this every week, I wish it would go back to win, or load up and watch, plus , the davies traction controll\s, radios in their helmets, and other means of advantage, they are slowly getting it out of control, plus too many dragsters.

The Merc Comet at 4:09 in the first vide looks like a car I looked at in NY a few years back..... Gurney Power Small Block.....

Na just stick with the pro class (non electronics) and none of those pesky dragsters either that i think i always got them too the stripe cause there nowhere in sight and my big smile turns upside down in a hurry when i here the big whoosh at the last foot and see there win light o and by the way don't ever hit the brakes against a dragster
