Looks like Mikey is going to be bringing some treasures back from Californiy. You're going to need a bigger garage Mikey.

You sure don't see many of those style capris much anymore. That looks like a cool project!

I've been after Dad to finish this thing for YEARS. Looks like I get to do it.
It may not be this year, But I will drive this car at the BASH.
Looks like a good home for the 557 P51 headed motor out of the wife's dragster!

Like this one Blake?
Mike's California Trip 0130111037

I had this one back in '89 & 90. It was a '76 model, had a 289 in it with a Weiand Tunnelram & 2x4. Had a C4 and 4.11 gears. It ran 8's in the 1/8 on smokin' street tires. Laughing That's me & my dad in the engine bay, the day after we painted it, gettin' it ready for the carshow about 2 hrs. later. Oooooh the days of laquer paint. Laughing

I'd love to have another one, but around here, parts for them are almost impossible to find.

Doug... Cool

Cool. I always liked those little Capris. Here's some inspiration to get it done.

I have an OLD pic of Dad and I mocking up a 392 Hemi in it...LOTS of room..
Dad meant for it to be street legal, and eventually it will be.
Maybe the time in Doug's car has coverted me...lol
