I remember the vid.
Good luck with the new frame. I know they're a lot of work. I had a real eye opener just re-building a limited mod frame. Seemed Every Day after work, and on weekends i was cuttin, welding and grinding away at it....and a lot more re-cutting and re-welding than i'd like to admit.
Are you trying to have the new frame in use this year, or is this for next year?

Billet pinion housing comes from Humpco Machine OH.
Been running the aluminum Rockwell also but they didn't hold up. Here is a picture from 2006.

Wow, what a project!!
It must have taken quite a lot of torque or a big shock load to break that diff!!
The new frame sure looks good!!
