quick rear tech question

93 9 inch....

i want to install into my 02 stang.....

i know the rear is about 1 inch shorter than the stock 02 rear.....

are the mounting points the same?

I was told yes, but wanna double check before i go pick up a local 9 inch deal (i know i need axles)

If I remember correctly they have the same mounting bracket locations. I thing the only difference was the body design which led the newer ones to have more width to them. Most of the stuff I have in my 03 came from a fox.

is there anything special about the 93?

bolt it in! they will work fine. actually it might be easier to buy wheels to fit.
