I have a little shop behind my house, and build about 30 engines a year for different people for a hobby. I am also blessed to have a full machine shop, and chassis shop at my disposal, in the same garage. Makes it alot easier with everything right there. My brother and I build chassis's (drag, oval, street rod, kart, it doesn't matter) in the garage after work and on the weekends.

Just figured out the heim joint crossmember. The dump bed is gonna function! How cool is that!

Wow way off on second look! what is that front crossmember with the heim joints going to be used for?

Old School manual milling machine and lathe, and a 20 year old Camera follow plasma/torch pattern cutting machine.

Sorry, on what that heim jointed c'member was. I was thrown off by them pointing up. Those are for your lower control arms. Doh!

Any way, it's all the same, the bed is gonna tilt! Very cool. Cool

Correct........it has a single lower with a front strut, but the heims were just in there for spacers at the time to welld in the bungs. Yes the bed will tilt. I have a linear actuator to raise the bed, but the one that came was wrong. I should have the new one next week sometime.

I will try to post pictures of the project as it comes together, in the chassis section. When I dyno the engine, I will post the results on here in the engine section.
