Once I moved out into the sticks, I never wanted to leave home. People talk about going camping, to the mountains, or to the beach. The hunters always talk about going to the hunt club. Shit, my driveway is right beside the hunt club driveway. Laughing The only thing I'm missing is a pond, but we're working on that. Congrats on your move. You're gonna love it.

Are we going to have to call you Oliver Wendell Bruno now? Laughing All kidding aside, there is nothing better than living in the country IMHO. I lived inside of city limits for less than a year in my whole life, and although the towns are nice to visit, home is out in the boonies. A shotgun, a rifle, and a four wheel drive....... Cool

In the city you can keep the 4 wheel drive, just have to swap the shotgun and rifle for a Glock! Razz That's one thing I love about going to Blake Da Snake's place. He's close enough to the city but out far enough to shoot and play with your car without the neighbors input. When the kids are older and move out, Bobbi-Jean and I want to move to the mountains.

The country is the only place to be....step outside to go pee. much easier to hit the ground than trying to hit the hole. If get hungry go get a deer/turkey/rabbit/catfish/crappie and so on. Life in the boon docks is good.

Amen to that! I'm hoping to stick it in the city for about another 10-15 years, or at least until the kids are through college and in their own places. After that I want to move out into the sticks with a bunch of land and trees. Can't find many trees in the city!!!
