Charlie and Lem Tech seminar ????

some of the guys want some info on the seminar if you can post it that will be great

Anybody from MI going to the siminar? I can go now...

I spoke to Adney Brown at the Columbus swap meet this weekend. He told me he was going to be one of the guest speakers at the tech seminar.

It's in the Holiday Inn Evansville IN. on Jan 3. I can't say who is doing the speaking. I am going with Steve Neville.

Just because the old forum is down for a little bit, it does not mean we aren't going to have the Winter Tech Seminar. We are!!! Like I said the Winter Tech Seminar is scheduled for all day Saturday Jan 3, 2009. For many of you guys that will be a 5 day weekend. So make plans to be there. Guests speakers include; Dr, Jon Kaase, Mr. Adney Brown from Performance Crankshafts, Mr. Donald Bowles of Bowles & Roush fame, Rev. Jeff Jones who builds Steve Kinser's sprint car engines, J. B. Strassweg from www.Dragstersforsale.com , on chassis, Marvin Benoit owner of Quick Fuel Technologies, a "secret agent man" from T.C.I., Mr. Colin Wigle (NHRA S/S GT/AA Mustang), and the list goes on. We will also have a bigger assortment of racecars on display. One of the really neat race cars, will be the historic Coal Digger A/SM car that belongs to Mr. Bowles and was a terror in NHRA back in the late 70's. Several of the racing manufactures will have displays set up also.

We will hold it at the Holiday Inn Airport in Evansville, IN and the number there is (812) 424-6400. We have special room rates available and you just ask for the Winter tech Seminar room rate.

D, I'm not in Michigan, but I want to go, if you come pick me up, we can car pool there. Heck, after picking me up, we can swing down and get Les, then on to Texas to get Coug, then Okie for Jon, on the way to the seminar, should be QUITE a memerable road trip. I'll buy the beer.
