I have a stoke bore and stroke 460, all standard with stock type pistons, 280 dur. cam with .550 lift, 114 lobe centers, headers, flowmaster two chamber dual exhaust, weiand stealth intake,700 cfm double pumper holley, recurved ford electronic distrutor,MSD 6AL, mild port job and matched intake ports to intake,D3VE-A2A heads with 3 angle valve job to the stock valves, shaved .030, crane valve springs, runnings a holley blue fuel pump and regulator and a sniper NOS kit, and all this is in a stock bodied 1966 ford f-100 short wheel base truck, it also has a 3000 stall, transgo shift kit c6, the truck ran 13.1 in the quarter on motor with a stock mech fuel pump,stock convertor,3.70 gears with a mini spool with new hoosier slicks, and it was runnin out of gas, shifting at 4000 rpm and crossing the line at 4500 rpm, this was before adding the stall,blue pump and NOS. I need some help from you NOS guys on which autolite plugs i need to run with the spray, this is my first time with NOS and gonna start with a 100 horsepower jets. and help would be grateful.

if heads take a 5/8 3/4 reach plug and ngk 9 would be fine and preferred over the autolights

nothing wrong with ngk but with a 100 hp i would run 7 or 8 or the autolite ar3934 that what i use for a 100hp which is ngk 8 i spray a tune of 42n 36 f 5# fp total timing 30* its around 70hp and run the ar3923 with this tune the truck is only a tenth off 150hp hit and the ar3923 work great on the street

ngk's are pref. because the tips will burn away in a lean condition. The strap on a autolite is thicker and does not go away as easy. Kind of a safty thing.
