See the pics in my post here.
Over the wheel straps on all 4 tires and a air pancake under the car.
Also strap the rear of the car so it does not bounce.

What Dave said except....
Instead of straps over the front wheels, I pull the nose off and use an axle strap around the weight bar mount
to a holddown in the floor..
