Low rise dual quad intake??

Does anyone offer a low rise dual quad intake and would it be better than the current single carb/single plane intakes? Just curious as I have a chance to get 2 900cfm alcohol ready carbs for a smokin' price. One won't be enough, and I can't fit a tunnel ram without a major firewall/windshield remodel (that I don't want to do this time).
