The 6.6 long one were for a GM head ,I bought them because I planed on getting them shortened and using a lash cap and using them in A heads,The 2.25 were out of a chevy head and would be aboutt .200 long in a 429-460 SCJ head. It depend on your installed height and where your rocker rides with the longer valve,you might have to use another length pushrod.
