Everybody watch this

You tube video of Kristina's racing at Route 66 Joliet NHRA Div 3 points race June 7, 8, & 9, 2013. About halfway through the video you see her pull a GIANT wheelstand, but stay with it because it was her last qualifying session and we were on the bubble in Top Dragster.

Well guys, Jack Austin and I went up to Joliet on Friday. The race cars were already there. Mark McDonald entered Top Sportsman in Jack's Mustang and was the only Ford in the show. He qualified mid-pack and unfortunately broke out in Sunday's eliminations.

Likewise, Kristina was the only Ford in Top Dragster and we were on the bump with her 4.86 in Q3 Saturday night when she pulled the big wheelstand and didn't lift. That young lady flat out has more "guts", than the majority of the race car drivers that I know. She told me, that while she was in the air, she thought to herself that the car wasn't going crooked, so she wasn't going to lift. It did get solidly out of the groove, but she brought it back into the center of the lane and keep on going. She also said it landed hard, and to carefully check the front end over, which her dad did.

We saw plenty of Fords in Stock, Super Stock and Super Gas, but Jack's Mustang and Krisse's dragster were the only Fords in T/S and T/D. I wish there had been more.

Phillip Oakley built Krisse's engine and I did the heads which are Pro-Filer 205s. After first round of T/D on Sunday when we were down to 16 cars, I called Phillip and told him that all 5 of his engines/cars were still in the show. IMO that speaks pretty highly of him.

That is a very impressive run and she def knew when to hold them or fold them. How violent is it when they leave the line? I could see how someone could want more of that.

My Fiance is a better shot than me and could probably pull my truck better than me but i'll never tell. lol

Charlie are the profiler 205's a better head than the Thor heads? Just wondering as I will probably be in the market for a set at the beginning of next year. I may get into a rail that my best friend has collecting dust.

Kristina IS a very impressive driver for sure. Driving through that wheelie says it all for a car that fast. To those of you that haven't met her,W0W,you would never expect a little Lady like her to strap in something like that. She's just a little sweetie. Congrats Krissy,you do a great job.
