Gonna have to be a lot more specific than that, there are a bunch of variations of the heads as produced and porting, valve sizing... can change them drastically.

Newer versions start out in the lower 400 on int. out of box.

That's the cnc ported heads...my catalog says 453 cfm @ .800.

What's the biggest recommended lift on these heads? .850 -.900?

The link clearly states that the springs are good for .850" max lift.
