YB Nationals in MD

Anyone going to the YB Nationals at Cecil County?

I would love to but the 23 hour drive is holding us back. LOL

sure am, outlaw fence holder is the class Im in, as well as two buddies....motorhome is ready....cant wait!!!

I must be the only one from this forum going? I can tell you this, its one hell of a show!

I can't make it my R&R schedule doesn't fit.

I understand they are closing the track after this year?

I should be there at least one of the days. I'm only about 1.5 hours south.

It would suck if they close that track.....owner just poured a brand new concrete track last year and they always seem to get decent car counts....hope they dont

Cecil is not the one closing ............ 75-80 in Frederick / Monrovia Md is closing again after this year. I say again because it closed once about 8 years ago then reopened again about 3 years ago. Believe it is gone for good this time.

Cecil....is a bad ass track

After all, rules are made at this track

Travis,i'm pretty sure 75-80 is the track Motorweek uses for their show?

Ahhh OK.... That ones been on and off the real estate down turn killed the plans for it in 2008-09 and now they are going back after building homes.

A friend of mine in Frederick MD says there are 700 homes going up there pretty soon. Oh well...

Only a few days away! Can't wait, motorhome is fueled and ready!

Sweet. I just put fuel in the car and started to load the trailer with the small stuff. Checking my list to see what else I need to pick up before Friday morning. Let me see if I forgot anything....
