Hi, I am a 44 year old man who loves his 1969 Mercury Montego. I was shown a link to this forum because I daily drive the Merc thru a C6 with a 8"/9" 5500 rpm converter and a Coan manual reverse pattern v/b. It is a LOT of fun on the street.

Welcome... I must have misread the converter stall..

5500 rpm converter. It is a lot of fun for the heavy 3650# Merc on the street. It has some 12" x 30" M/T street tires in back. 4.56 rear gear. And the C6 is built with the wide ratio steel gear set.

This is an older video. With some Nittos and an exhaust header leak. LOL!

It didn't upload my movie. Let me try it again. It says "waiting for www.429-460.com" yet doesn't do anything. It also says "max size per file : 0 Mb"
