off topic But isnt Ford in 2015 bringing back teh BRONCO as well ? i thought i heard

with options of eccboost , 4.5l diesel , and 5.0l

any truth ?

If ford would have put the 6.2L in the tremor they wouldn't have weeds growing under the 2 that we have at the dealership... Same guy that made that decision obviously made the the decision to axe it in the normal F150's let Toyota and Nissan put the fart can motors in their trucks. I want a v8 in my sport truck. The bigger the better....

Nick I I dont know about the ecoboost but my sister 5.4 was going through coils about every few month I got her a set of accel super coils and she hadnt had anymore trouble out of the coils.

WTF? First they come up with a euro style Fusoistang, then an F150 with a bunch of beer can aluminum body panels. The upside is the body shops now have an extra source of income from including the crunched F150 body parts with their aluminum can recycling.  Laughing 

If Ford wants to make some kind of a big change why not try something like bringing back the Ranchero line (or bring the Auzzy Ranchero/Ute to the states). Hell they probably never should have dumped the Ranger in the U.S., maybe they could bring that back.

New meaning to the Term Beercan Vechicle, for sure. I did have a 1979 Cutlass with the Aluminum hood option, and it was super light. I still wounder what kept the paint from falling off, but it did'nt, too much. Hope Ford gets this right, pretty bold move, but with the upcoming CAFE requirements they probably have no choice, as all brands will have to do something. Meeting crash safety standards should be interesting. I can't get over a 2.5 liter in a full size truck, 3.5 seemed tiny. A direct injection Turbo Diesel would be cool.

Nice idea, problem, Ford is closing its Australian factories at the end of 2016. It seems no one wants Falcons any more.
