Head Torque Empty Head Torque

What the proper way to torque a alum head using 30 wt oil?Would you take and put oil on head studs and screw the in block finger tight and then install heads then put oil on nuts or studs then torque?Run me throw the procedure from start to finish thanks.

Kind of common sense method.
Start at center of head and work diagonally across the heads. I usually snug evenly across then torque in 3 sequences until you reach your final spec.
