Anyone here going to the NMRA World Finals @ Bowling Green, KY Oct 3-5 ?

I'm going to try to get there tomorrow evening.

I'll have the purple 95 Mustang GT car this year.

I will be there Saturday morning...............

That might be a fun thing to do. I'll have to see if the wife wants to take a road trip, I doubt there are any hotel rooms though.

We have gotten rooms there before at the last minute. The track has very nice shower facilities if you stay in your car trailer as well.

Wish we could make it but it's just not gonna happen this year. Too much going on.

Would be easy to say I'm ducking however this dirt isn't going to move itself and the crack in the bobcat frame isn't going to weld itself while these boxes of stuff aren't going to move themselves

Would love to go racing at BG again but I no longer have a NHRA License and won't renew it any time soon so that puts me out of running NMRA. I've just been racing local IHRA when I get a chance which isn't nearly as much as I'd like.

I did get my AR10 sighted in at 200 yards where I built my first range. Now I have to build one at 500 yards

If those Coyotes show up again, they will be red mist...

I didn't get to make it this year either. Speaking of coyotes.... I heard where one went 12.87 @ 107 off show room floor, bone stock. Pretty impressive. Keith, that's an awesome pic of your truck. I always like seeing you run it. ---RED

Thanks Damon.    They snapped the pic while the truck was still on it's way up.     It went up another foot or so.
Needless to say,.......It took me by surprise.  

But,...... I stayed in it and didn't lift.


They didn't ask for "MY" NHRA License.
FWIW,...... I know a bunch of guys running the brackets, open comp and etc that don't have a license.

Congrats! That's quick! You and I would be a really good race, we should meet up at MP sometime and do some side by sides.

One year they didn't ask for my License but most of the time they did. One year I didn't renew my license and they wouldn't let me run until I showed proof that my license had expired and I would renew for next time. So if/when they do ask for your credentials you'll be forced to run under 10.00 or they won't let you run. So, if you have already qualified at 9.xx then you're SOL.

NMRA does accept IHRA license... just sayin'..
