A-1 5500 Stall Race Converter / Spragless SOLD!

FOR SALE SOLD
A-1, 9" 5500 stall spragless, race converter, turbo input / power glide... set up for a 1/4" motor plate, 15-17 1/8th mi. passes.
Comes with bolts & crank bushing/spacer for BBF.
Switched to a Nitrous converter is the only reason for the sale.
$575.00 obo + the shipping.
located in Grand Prairie Tx.

What was in front of it? Do you think a .090 or 1/8" midplate would work or would it need to go back to A1 to get some material removed?

This was in my Mustang (514 cid) It was set up for 1/4 inch mid/motor plate/adapter from TCI, had to pull it forward toward the flexplate( not a lot) when everything buckled up... not sure on the 1/8th inch plate guess it depends on the bell your using (JW Ford or GM / ati, reid type) I have the Trans Specialties case (reid)
