It should be from a 93, the first letter F is for the decade 9X the second digit would be for the year X3 (93) C=60's D=70's E=80's F=90's where it gets confusing is the Z as usually the Z=Mustang but it is also used to designate Ford and the E= engine service.
F3ZE= 93 Ford Engine the C460 =460 Cu/in.
